The quote and contact forms ask for your name (company name optional), email address, phone number and your message, material type, estimated quantity, pickup location and notes.
We use this only to answer your enquiry and to arrange collection or intake. We do not use it for advertising and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Sending the form is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). The form cannot be submitted without accepting this policy.
You may withdraw consent at any time at beszerzes@metalfor.hu; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
We keep enquiries for 2 years from the last contact so we can refer back to earlier offers, then delete them.
If a business relationship follows, accounting records are kept for the statutory retention period.

Our email delivery provider and the website host act as processors. Form contents arrive by email at beszerzes@metalfor.hu.
You may request access to the data we hold, ask for corrections, request restriction of processing, and ask for erasure.
Write to beszerzes@metalfor.hu, we reply without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or go to court.
