Demolition & dismantling

Industrial dismantling, cutting, baling and full-site clearance.

Industrial demolition that pays material back

For us demolition is not clean-up but material recovery: the metal content of a selectively dismantled production line, tank or hall is worth money, which reduces the cost of the demolition, or can even exceed it. After an on-site survey we give a fixed offer: either we pay for the recovered material, or we charge a net fee. The work is done with our own mobile shear and baler.

What we accept
  • ·Industrial machinery dismantling
  • ·Tank, silo and pipework cutting
  • ·Full-site clearance
  • ·Mobile shear and baling
  • ·Selective demolition with material recovery

Demolition is where the value of clean separation shows up. We dismantle for material recovery, not for speed, typically returning 15–30% more value than conventional demolition.
